There are also exotic birds in the area viewable from the property. Watch the chatty parrots at the top of the mango tree, the pelicans patrolling the seawalls ready to swoop down for the occasional jumping fish.

  • Waterfront New River - North Fork - 2 miles from the famous Riverwalk. Our private Dock at the end of the back yard can accomodate a boat up to 25 feet long. You can take your boat down the New River, one mile past Riverwalk, take a right at the the Intracoastal Waterway and go south one mile out to the Ocean via the Port Everglades Outlet! It's a short and scenic 1/2 hour boat ride right from the back yard to the ocean outlet.
