 All Rates Include:

     Water, Electricity, Cable TV,  unlimited Wi-Fi, and off-street parking. (A $300 value)
     Units come fully furnished and equipped (See AMENITIES Page and Photo Album). 

     1 Bedroom / 1 Bath Apartment: (700 SQFT)
      6  through 9 Months        2 through 5 Months           1  Month__

                           ($41-$52/day - for comparison purposes- less than a day at home.)

        Junior 1 Bedroom /1 Bath Apartment: (400 SQFT)(There is only ONE of this unit, and it is rarely available).

                                    $950/month                    $1050/month+tax*         $1175+tax*              ($32-$39/day-for comparison purposes)

 Seasonal and promotional discounts may apply depending on season and bookings,
and are provided at time of inquiry.

   $150 Cleaning Fee is due for all rentals and payable with deposit.
  *All rentals of less than 6 months are subject to accommodation taxes of 11%, as per State and County laws. 
   Rates can change due to specials and other seasonal factors.  All rates are confirmed at time of request.
  Payments can be made by cash, company check, personal check, bank check, or by credit card via    (3% PayPal fee is added to our final rate).
  Checks must be drawn on a US bank or issued in US Dollars.

 Not-so-small print:
 -Deposit is $600, payable at time of booking and refunded 7 days after move-out date.  
 -Premises should be left in orderly condition to avoid additional cleaning fee.
 -There is a one time $100 pet fee for pre-approved pets.  Pet weight limit is 20lbs.     
 -One month constitutes the number of days in the month being rented.
 -Failure to cancel reservation 3 weeks in advance will result in forfeiture of deposit.
 -Rates are based on a 2 person occupancy.  Up to 2 additional people allowed at rate of $15/per person/per day, for a period of 2 weeks only.
 -All guests are required to be registered with management.
