     Units come fully furnished and equipped (See AMENITIES Page and Photo Album). 
     YOU don't pay deposits or connection fees to utility companies, and have no bills for these services.  
     Relax, leave the stress to us.

   1 Bedroom / 1 Bath Apartment: (700 SQFT)
   $1150/month, All Inclusive ($38.33/day - for comparison purposes)

 Junior 1 Bedroom /1 Bath Apartment: (400 SQFT)(There is only ONE of this unit, and it is rarely available).
 $895/month,   ($30.83/day - for comparison purposes)     

  Not-So-Small Print:
 -Deposit is $750 ($600 for junior, if available), payable on or before day of move-in.
 -There is a one time $100 pet fee for pre-approved pets. Pet weight limit is 20lbs.  
 -2 person maximum occupancy, except for guests.
 -Guests must check in with office, and cannot exceed a 2 week stay.  Any guest staying longer than 2 weeks will 
   be assessed additional rent of $15/day.
